Although I eat tofu, I have never actually cooked with it myself prior to this week. David let me attempt it without any tips from his masterful self. Amazingly, it turned out great! I seasoned it with sesame and served it with bok choy and bean sprouts. It crumbled a bit, so next time I will slice it instead of breaking it up with a spoon.
I hear that firm tofu is easy...My new goal is to master soft tofu because I sure love a good tofu scramble.
